stand some improvement?...might be some targets to work on in this list. 1. Leaders like to involve many people when making important
decisions. 2. Members have a lot of say when important decisions are
made. 3. Leaders keep members informed about key issues. 4. People have very little say in what goes on in my church. 5. People are good at working together as a team. 6. Leaders in my congregation have a lot of skill in
planning. 7. The leaders of my congregation seek to understand and
